Eiffel Towers Everywhere

Every day feels like another shock to the system when it comes to the latest developments in AI. I find myself jumping between excited and shocked at the same time.

There's got to be a word for it — or at least a phrase — to describe that sudden urge to build things because you feel like you might get left behind. I guess it's FOMO, but it feels more specific than that. More builder-y. It's like watching a massive group of people rush past you to start constructing Eiffel Towers. You have no idea why, really, but you definitely don't want to be the guy without an Eiffel Tower.

In any event, it's an exciting time to build. A great time to dust off that old "one day when I have free time" list. Maybe that day is now. Maybe it's a weekend project.
